Marlene Grossman, Director of Legal Documentation

           Marlene Grossman has over 30 years of experience in the field of employee benefits and has worked as a paralegal and as a consultant in this field. She has a Certificate in the Lawyers Assistant Program, specializing in employee benefits, from Adelphi University. Her expertise in the employee benefits field includes extensive experience in the drafting of pension, profit sharing and 401(k) plans as well as plan amendments to meet client goals and comply with changes in law. Marlene has significant experience in researching and analyzing complex qualified plan issues contained in both ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code. She has substantial experience in drafting of summary plan descriptions and other benefit related employee communications. She has contributed to the updating of an employee benefit related book. Marlene has worked for three prestigious law firms in New York City, as well as two well-respected consulting firms. Additionally, she has worked at a major New York City accounting firm and an actuarial company on Long Island. Marlene is married and is the mother of two daughters.
